At Cloud & Co., we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During product launches, promotions, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order products will be stated on the product page.

Shipping Rates

Singapore

  • Standard Delivery: S$4.00
  • Free Standard Delivery with the purchase of any 3 Cloud Lash boxes.

All orders are shipped with tracking via our courier partners.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore.

If you're ordering from overseas, please contact us at hello@cloudco.store for a shipping quotation. We'll do our best to accommodate international orders whenever possible.

Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:

Singapore: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Cloud & Co. is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@cloudco.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the courier to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
